Delivery Information

BullAnt Designs ships Australia wide from Hervey Bay, Queensland.

We supply a mix of ready-to-order products, custom printed apparel, uniforms, signage, promotional items, PPE, and occasional bulky or specialised freight, so delivery methods and timeframes can vary depending on the item, order size, and destination.

We primarily use Australia Post for standard parcel deliveries and One World Courier for larger, urgent, bulky, commercial, or specialised freight. Where needed, we may also use other trusted carriers to make sure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from BullAnt Designs in Urangan, Queensland during business hours.

If you would prefer to collect your order outside standard business hours, please email us and we will do our best to arrange a collection time by appointment.

Delivery Options

We generally choose the delivery service based on the size, weight, urgency, and type of order.

Australia Post

Australia Post is generally used for smaller parcel orders, including many apparel, accessory, gift, and lighter retail items.

Courier and Freight Services

One World Courier is typically used for larger, heavier, urgent, fragile, commercial, or specialised deliveries.

Processing Times

Delivery time includes two stages:

  1. Production or order preparation time
  2. Transit time after dispatch

Ava Chuckle Apparel

For Ava Chuckle apparel and similar print-on-demand items, we generally aim to have orders printed and ready for dispatch within 1 week.

This timeframe can vary depending on:

  • Whether the shirt colour and size are currently in stock
  • Whether blank stock needs to be ordered in
  • Order volume at the time
  • The number of garments in the order

If a required blank is temporarily unavailable or needs to be brought in, dispatch may take a little longer.

Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom orders are produced to your specifications, so production time will vary based on artwork approval, order size, materials, and the type of work required.

Our current general guide for custom work is:

  • In-house design: up to 2 weeks
  • Printing and manufacture: 6 to 8 weeks

If your order has a quoted production schedule, that quoted timeframe will apply.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin after dispatch, not from the date you place your order.

Regional, rural, and remote locations may take longer than metropolitan areas.

Shipping Costs

Street Addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Please provide a full and accurate delivery address, contact name, phone number, and email address when placing your order so we can avoid unnecessary delays.

Tracking and Updates

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch.

Depending on the carrier and service used, you may receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Email or SMS delivery updates
  • Delivery status notifications
  • Proof of delivery where supported by the carrier

For Australia Post deliveries, customers may also be able to manage eligible parcels through their MyPost or AusPost app settings, including safe place preferences, redirection, and collection options.

Signature and Safe Drop

Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival, while others may be left in a safe place if the carrier determines it is appropriate or if authority to leave is available for that service.

Please note:

  • Not all shipments are eligible for safe drop or authority to leave
  • If no one is available and the carrier cannot safely leave the parcel, a card or collection notification may be issued
  • BullAnt Designs is not responsible for parcels left at the delivery address where authority to leave or safe place delivery has been accepted by the customer or carrier

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them when ordering. We will pass them on where the carrier and service allow, although we cannot guarantee every request can be accommodated.

Large, Bulky, Fragile and Signage Deliveries

Some products require special handling due to size, shape, fragility, or commercial delivery requirements.

This can include:

  • Signs
  • Banners
  • Bulk apparel cartons
  • Oversized printed products
  • Special freight items

For these deliveries:

  • A freight quote may be required
  • Delivery may take longer to arrange
  • A street address will be required
  • Someone may need to be available to receive the goods
  • Access conditions such as business hours, site access, stairs, lift access, or unloading restrictions should be provided in advance

If special delivery conditions apply, we will confirm them with you before dispatch.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, your goods may arrive in separate deliveries.

This can happen when:

  • Items are completed at different times
  • Products are coming from different production streams
  • Part of the order travels by parcel and part by freight
  • A carrier allocates multiple consignments

Where practical, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, delivery estimates can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Floods, storms, or transport disruptions
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • Public holidays
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Address or access issues

We cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes once an order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to help if a shipment is delayed.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging where relevant
  • A short description of the issue

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Please report delivery issues within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist quickly and, where applicable, lodge any carrier enquiries or claims within required timeframes.

Changes to Delivery Details

If you need to update your delivery address or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been packed, booked, or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery details.

Additional redelivery, return-to-sender, storage, or reconsignment charges may apply if:

  • An address is entered incorrectly
  • Delivery is refused
  • No one is available for a booked freight delivery
  • The carrier is required to reattempt or reroute delivery
